Really a good price. Car was safe in the garage

Aspectos positivos: It was very quiet. Lots of TV channels. Very easy to get back on the carretera. Dog was free.

No frills, quiet road motel with garage to spend the night between Arizona and Mazatlán

Aspectos positivos: 1. Enclosed, private garage to keep our loaded car safe overnight (although anyone can technically open the garage from outside just by pressing a button). 2. Located right on 15D, yet very quiet location. 3. Very clean. 4. Reasonably priced. 5. Domingo welcomed us and showed us to our room; he was friendly and offered us two welcome beers and two water bottles.

Aspectos negativos: 1. The screen of the bathroom window had a huge hole, so the bathroom was full of small, black insects that ending up flying into the bedroom. 2. The check-in and payment process was weird; we had to talk through a small opening in a one-way window; we couldn’t see the person. The quoted price was 620 pesos, but we were charged 640(no idea what kind of “creative” exchange rate she used). 3. We had problems connecting to the WiFi for our room (123); fortunately, we were able to connect to room 124. 4. No outlets to charge electronics by the bed; the only two outlets were across the room under the TV.
