Aspectos positivos: Desayuno riquisimo, no incluido en el precio del alojamiento pero vale la pena, personal de recepcion, meseros y personal de limpieza excelente atencion!

Aspectos positivos: Excelente servicio y habitaciones muy limpias y comodas. Muy grato disponer de servicio de cafe gratis las 24 horas. Muy buena ubicacion y facil acceso. EXCELENTE!!

Aspectos negativos: The TV, an issue every time I stay here. It is very confusing on how to use. Every time I have had to have someone come to my room to show me how to use....and then there are no English speaking channels. An issue I find important and if corrected, I believe, would bring a higher end clientele. Each time I have stayed there the studio couch in the King rooms have had what looks like white seman stains. Two times I have cleaned the stain, no problem, comes off easy enough, but it makes me feel like I don't want to use the couch. This is an oversight on the part of the housekeeper. This last time the stain was in room 102 and I did NOT clean it. Restaurant food is above average. Obviously trying to serve up scale and fresh products. But pasta should be served with garlic bread, not chips and salsa!!!

Aspectos positivos: In general rooms are great plenty of parking, staff super helpful and even with my poor Spanish. The meal selection was very good local food, international and Japanese really good Japanese.

Aspectos negativos: I was in Mexico for work and would leave hotel just before 7am and the breakfast was not available till 7am and I just loved the Huevos Rancheros was amazing and my favorite breakfast. RIVI should offer a 'green' option for long term stayer, change towels & sheets once a week this saves water and other hotels offer this.
