ACOGEDOR Y VISTA ESPECTACULAR

Aspectos positivos: El hotel es muy bonito, nos ubicaron en habitaciones en un edificio moderno que da al mar. Muy bonitos y confortables los cuartos. EL DESAYUNO ES EXCEPCIONAL, DELICIOSO. La vista es espectacular, igual las instalaciones, incluyendo la alberca. Carlos el gerente y Juan José, amables siempre y dispuestos a explicar y apoyar.

Aspectos negativos: Lo que pasa es que no avisan que no hay venta de bebidas, de ningún tipo, no solo alcohólicas. El desayuno está incluido, pero no hay alimentos a ninguna otra hora. Esto sería bueno que lo explicaran.

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing to put our luggage on..so we used the floor..the food was good but limited selection...

Aspectos positivos: Lugar mágico, precioso, las vistas de postal súper encantador y el trato de Mar y del gerente fue muy cálido y amable fueron divinos y súper atentos nos recibieron como familia así nos sentimos como en casa. Muchas gracias.

Aspectos positivos: Ignore the reviews that say the restaurant is bad here - that was the old management! Under new management, this hotel is top-notch. Right on the bay, the views are fabulous. The hospitality director, Marbrig, is a very special person - personable, helpful, goes above and beyond to serve her customers. Breakfasts were amazing. Get a room with a view -- it's way way better than the cheaper rooms.

Aspectos negativos: Way too many flies in the outdoor restaurant, and there's no indoor part of the restaurant. So have breakfast brought to your room to avoid the flies. They first put us in the room near the office and it had frosted windows with no curtains, so there was a lot of light at night. But when we mentioned that, they upgraded us to a room with a view that was just perfect in every way.

A great hotel in Topolobampo

Aspectos positivos: Great location and views. Very convenient to the airport and the ferry terminal. Right next to Malecón and excellent seafood reastaurants. A great place to disconnect for a few days (although wi-fi is also available). Very secure. Mar, the hostess, was exceptionally kind and accommodating.
